High Fibre Pizza
Satisfy your pizza cravings and support a healthy digestive system with our High Fiber Pizza! This pizza boasts an airy and soft texture while still allowing for crispy edges, making it the perfect combination of taste and nutrition.
Ingredients
- 72 gram Alchemy Fibre BRAVO G120
- 288 gram Plain flour
- 180 gram Water
- 7.5 gram Instant yeast
- 18 gram Sugar
- 7.5 gram Salt
- 22.5 gram Olive oil
Instructions
- Add everything into mixer bowl and knead at low speed for about 7 minutes or until dough is smooth
- Rest the dough on the countertop for 10 minutes covered
- Portion dough into 280g dough
- Let the dough rest overnight in the chiller covered
- Deflate the dough and allow the chilled dough rest on benchtop for a good 30 minutes before rolling into a pizza shape
- Roll pizza out to 10-12" size with a rolling pin
- Prick dough with a fork, spread tomato paste, add cheese toppings (or whatever topping of choice)
- Bake at 24 0degree C (top & bottom) for 10 minutes or until brown
