Ingredients
  

  • 15 gram Alchemy Fibre RISE
  • 150 gram Jasmine White Rice
  • 210 gram Water
  • 10 gram Butter
  • 1 gram Mixed Herbs
  • 30 gram Butter
  • 70 gram Onion, diced
  • 15 gram Brown Button Mushroom
  • 1 gram Black Pepper
  • 100 gram Cooking Cream
  • 3 gram Salt
  • 100 gram Water
  • 200 gram Shredded Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Rinsed rice twice in rice cooker pot and top up with water
  • Dissolve Alchemy Fibre RISE into water and cook using rice cooker.
  • Prepare cream by adding butter, onion and sliced mushroom to frying pan and fry until golden brown
  • Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, cooking cream and water
  • After rice is cooked, mix in half the amount of cream sauce
  • In a oven-safe tray/pan, begin to assemble with rice first
  • After, pour the cream sauce on top of the rice and top off with shredded cheese
  • Pre-heat the oven on broil mode at 180 degree C
  • Bake the assembled rice for 5-10 minutes until the cheese are melted and golden brown
