- Preheat oven to 160 °C (for all oven types)
- Line cookie tray with baking paper
- Cream softened butter in a mixing bowl using a spatula
- Beat egg and slowly mix into creamed butter until fully incorporated
- Slowly add in the premix and mix until fully incorporated
- Roll the dough into small balls (approximately 10 grams) and flatten them with a spoon or fork
- Bake at 160°C for 18 minutes or until golden brown
- Remove from oven and cool before serving
