- Pre-heat oven to 190oC (non-fan assisted mode) or 180oC (fan assisted mode)
- Line a 6-cavity tin with muffin liners
- In a bowl, add milk, melted butter, oil and egg. Whisk until well mixed
- Add in 1/3 of the premix and stir well. Repeat 2 more times until all the premix are incorporated. Do not overmix
- Fill muffin batter until 2/3 full (about 80g)
- Fold in blueberries or any desired mix-ins as preferred (optional)
- Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown
- Cool on rack before serving
