- In a large bowl, add the pancake premix. Make a well in the middle with a spatula or large spoon
- Add milk and eggs in the middle well
- Stir to mix. Ensure the batter has no lumps
- Ladle batter onto a non-stick pan on medium-low heat
- Flip pancake when bubbles appear on the surface
- Cook until both sides are golden brown
- Serve pancakes immediately
- Drizzle with maple syrup and top with fresh berries (optional)
- For a fluffier pancake, replace half of the milk with plain yoghurt
