Brownie Recipe

You Will Need

120g salted melted butter, 30ml whole milk, 2 eggs and 10g sliced almonds

Baking Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (non fan assisted). Line a 8″x8″ tray with baking paper. Set aside.
  2. Combine melted butter with 1 egg at a time in a mixing bowl. Add milk and whisk well. Slowly add in brownie mix and whisk until batter is smooth.
  3. Pour batter into tray and bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.

Muffin Recipe

You Will Need

30g melted butter, 30g Greek yogurt, 40ml vegetable oil, 100ml whole milk, 1 gg and 50g blueberries (optional)

Baking Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (non fan assisted). Line a 6-cup muffin pan with muffin liners. Set aside.
  2. Combine butter, yogurt, oil, milk then egg in a mixing bowl. SLowly add in muffin mix and whisk until just combined. Stir in mix-ins gently.
  3. Pour batter into muffin liners until 2/3 full and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until tops are slightly golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Cookie Recipe

You Will Need

130g cold butter, 1 egg, 60g chocolate chips (optional)

Baking Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (non fan assisted). Line a tray with baking paper. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, rub in cubed butter into the cookie mix until it resumes a breadcrumb texture. Mix in a beaten egg and other mix-ins as desired.
  3. Portion and roll the dough into 8g small balls. Place dough balls on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
