Reduced Sugar Strawberry Jam
Experience the exquisite taste and reduced-sugar version of Strawberry Jam, made with luscious fresh strawberry puree. Indulge in the delightful flavors of this delectable spread while savoring its wholesome goodness.
Ingredients
- 45.5 g Alchemy SweetFibre
- 130 g Strawberry, frozen
- 27.5 g Lemon juice
- 47 g Sugar
Instructions
- Chop strawberries into small chunks
- Add chopped strawberries and lemon juice into a blender.
- Blend till smooth.
- Dry mix sugar and ESL 1 SweetFibre Powder
- In a pot, combine the strawberry puree and sugar mixture
- On a stove, bring the mixture to a boil at 1200W
- Lower the heat to 800W and boil for 6 minutes, stirring continuously
- Further lower the heat to 400W and cook for 2 more minutes
- Turn off the heat and pour hot jam into a glass jar
- Boil the jars in a heavy bottom pot for 10 minutes with lid slightly covering the jar
- Close the lid and leave to cool
