Ingredients
  

  • 19.5 g Alchemy SweetFibre
  • 50 g Egg
  • 62.5 g Coconut milk
  • 18 g Maltitol
  • 0.5 g Pandan paste

Instructions
 

  • Beat egg until well combined. To it, add maltitol and sweetfibre and combine well
  • Over a bain-marie, combine coconut milk and pandan flavour together and heat over low heat
  • When mixture comes to a small boil, remove the bain-marie from the heat
  • To the egg mixture, add the coconut mixture gradually while stirring
  • After it is well-combined, put the mixture back onto the bain-marie and stir until mixture thickens over low heat for about 10-20 minutes or to the desired texture
  • Lastly, add the pandan flavour and remove from the heat to allow kaya to cool
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge
